What do you have to know if you are going to eat barbecue in Argentina.
To have the complete experience, we recommend starting with an appetizer that can be Chorizo, black pudding and provoleta, you can also opt for a empanada criolla, then select a cut of meat, the typical ones in these restaurants are “vacio”, “tira de asado”, “entraña” and “bife de chorizo”. The most common cooking points are medium rare, medium and well done. To accompany, it can be salad or French fries. We also recommend trying the criolla sauce and chimichurri.
